Irvine Estate Merlot is made for every day enjoyment at a premium level. Premium because of the wines/grapes that are selected to go into the final wine. True enough some of the Grand Merlot selection will be included because of the rigorous barrel selection, but as grapes the selection is made specifically.

Irvine Estate Merlot is a combination of Eden Valley and Barossa Valley Merlots. It is this combination of the high country racy Merlot with the rich, sensuous Merlot of the southern Barossa that gives the style, the character, and the reward to Irvine Merlot.

Fully matured when it reaches the marketplace, Irvine Estate Merlot will continue to develop even further. An excellent example of truly deep varietal Merlot.
